K-6 students gathered in the gym on Wednesday, May 2 to jump and gyrate to a number of peppy tunes led by local Zumba instructor Debbie Rickman in observance of the international event.

The workout was sponsored by Farm Bureau Insurance which donated $250 to the school’s physical education department.

Principal Sean Hagey said after the program, “We thank William Angerbrandt of Farm Bureau Insurance for his sponsorship and donation, and also Debbie Rickman for volunteering her time.”
