The following individuals were sentenced or bound over to Circuit Court in 73A District Court in Sanilac County:

Michelle M. Long, 45, Deckerville. Two counts of Controlled substance-delivery/ manufacture (Schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine). Count 3: Controlled substance-delivery/manufacture (Schedule 4). Count 4: Maintaining a drug house. Count 5: Children-contributing to delinquency. Bound over.

Robert M. Long, 18, Deckerville. Two counts of controlled substance-delivery/ manufacture (Schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine). Count 3: Delivery/manufacture (Schedule 4). Count 4: Controlled substance-maintaining a drug house. Count 5: Controlled substancepossession of marijuana/synthetic equivalents. Count 6: Children-contributing to delinquency. Bound over.

Derek L. Paehlig, 22, Deckerville. Count 1: Child abuse-first degree. Count 2: Child abuse-second degree. Bound over.

Cory J. Parker, 29, Flint. Count 1: Controlled substance-possession analogues. Bound over.

Cody A. Lloyd, 27, Minden City. Trespassrecreational. Three days in jail, 10 months probation. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $575.

Karista L. Riopelle, 27, Peck. Count 1: Retail fraud-third degree. Count 3: Allowing suspended person to operate. Six months probation, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $465.

Timothy J. Ureel, 43, Peck. Count 1: Domestic violence-second offense. Count 2: Attempted-interfering with an electronic device. 180 days in jail, 12 months probation, domestic violence and substance abuse treatment. Jail term shall be held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $1,555. Second Case: Disorderly persondrunk. Twelve months probation, substance abuse counseling, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $605.

Cynthia L. Foote, 36, Clifford. Attempted- Larceny-less than $200. Forty-one days in jail, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Restitution held in abeyance. Fines and costs $175.

Mary J. Wolschleger-Cleary, 55, Ubly. Moving violation causing serious impairment. Ten days in jail, 12 months probation. Jail term shall be held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Restitution held in abeyance pending resolution of civil lawsuit. Fines and costs $1,205.

Karen A. Caiger, 24, Inkster. Attempted-sex offenders-failure to comply with registration requirements. Thirty days in jail. Defendant shall receive credit for time served and may be released upon Ohio appearing to retrieve her for extradition.

Kyle D. Staudaker, 56, Melvin. Disorderly person-jostling. Fines and costs $425.
