Students of the Week



The Brown City Lower Elementary School Student of the Week is kindergartner Aaron Brown, the son of Brady and Kellie Brown of Brown City. Teacher Kristen Christopher chose Aaron because, “He is always a hardworking and kind citizen in our classroom. I can always count on him to be helpful to everyone. He is always doing his very best and working hard at whatever task is in front of him. Aaron is a star student and a pleasure to have in class!” The Brown City Lower Elementary School Student of the Week is kindergartner Aaron Brown, the son of Brady and Kellie Brown of Brown City. The Brown City Upper Elementary School Student of the Week is fourthgrade student Carden Hagey, the son of Sean and Jenny Hagey of Brown City. Teacher Rick Jones chose Carden because, “He is always willing to help others. Carden goes out of his way to make sure students understand their assignments. He has even stayed in for recess to help others. The Brown City High School Student of the Week is senior Kendra Holley, the daughter of Dirk and Julie Holley. Band teacher Elizabeth Rayba nominated Kendra because “she is a hard working student that always has a smile on her face. Kendra is busy with several activities, and manages to do well in all of them. She has grown into a fine musician.
