Defendant to serve two 3-day weekends in the Sanilac County jail. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Restitution $21.18. Fines and costs including restitution $636.18.

Kristina N. Dreher, 18, Palms. Attemptedmalicious destruction-trees and shrubs. Six months probation. Fines and costs $365.

Nicole R. Ryno, 29, Sandusky. Disturbing the peace. Six months probation, stress management treatment, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $515.

Bayne A. Albrecht, 46, Kingston. Attemptedcheck non-sufficient funds-less than $100. Three days in jail. Restitution $131.62. Fines and costs including restitution $431.62.

Tracy L. Janik, 38, Port Austin. False pretenses less than $200. 30 days in jail with credit for one day served, 12 months probation, restitution $190. Remaining jail time to be held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Fines and costs including restitution $995.

George J. Kelley, 58, Croswell. Disorderly person-jostling. Five days in jail, six months probation, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $215.

Aaron L. Lozano, 29, Port Huron. Attemptedmotor vehicle-operate without security. Fines and costs $370.

Scott V. Randolph, 44, Carsonville. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $225.
