Capac student earns degree from Florida college CAPAC — Rebecca Janel Crane of Capac graduated with a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, Fla. during spring commencement ceremonies held May 7 in Ruth Eckerd Hall. CCC President Richard Stratton presided over the graduation ceremony. Rebecca is the daughter of James and Rhonda Crane of Capac. |
